Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 100 g dates
  • 1 tsp, leveled coconut oil
  • 40 g peanuts, chopped and unsalted
  • 80 g peanut butter
  • 60 g oat flakes, fine
  • 100 ml water
  • 30 g chocolate, min. 85% cocoa content

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Soak the dates in water and blend with the coconut oil. Roughly chop the peanuts and fold into the date butter. Grind the oats in a food processor and knead with the peanut butter. Divide the oat mixture among 10 muffin cups and press down. Then spread the date butter evenly over the mixture. Melt the chocolate in the water and spread it over the date butter. The amount of chocolate can be adjusted according to personal preference. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Allow to thaw slightly before enjoying. For 10 servings, approximately 144 kcal.
