Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can of sliced pineapple, 446 ml
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 onions
- 400 g chicken fillet(s)
- Salt
- chili sauce
- Rice, amount as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Drain the pineapple slices and reserve the juice. Cut the pineapple slices into quarters. Trim, wash, and strip the peppers. Peel and strip the onions. Wash the meat and also strip it. Heat the oil and fry the meat for about 10 minutes. After about four minutes, add the peppers and onions. After another two minutes, add the pineapple pieces. Season to taste with pineapple juice, salt, and chili sauce. Cook the rice as usual and serve.
