Salmon fillets in balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Lemongrass

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

First, rinse the salmon fillets lightly with cold water and dry them on all sides with kitchen paper. Then, pour a little balsamic vinegar into a deep plate and coat each fillet with the vinegar on both sides. Place them all on a plate and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemongrass on both sides. Set the stove to medium heat. Add a little olive oil to a pan and add the salmon. Once the oil is perfectly heated, fry the salmon until golden brown and no longer raw on the inside. Serve with a salad.
