Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 5 tbsp quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion(s) (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, (squeezed)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Tear the tuna into pieces and drain thoroughly. !Very important! Then mix it with the quark, finely chopped onion, pepper, crushed garlic, and the egg. Add thyme, tarragon, or dill, depending on your taste. Form this dough into about 8-10 meatballs and fry them with a little oil over medium heat. Serve well with rice and salad.
