Homemade soda water

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 g baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
  • ½ liter still water
  • ½ liter of mineral water with as much fizz as possible

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Weigh the baking soda powder into a shaker on a digital kitchen scale, weighing as accurately as possible. Add the still water and stir to dissolve the powder. This solution will keep in the refrigerator for a few days. Pour 2 cl (1 shot glass full) of the solution prepared as described above into a carafe. Add the sparkling mineral water as much as possible and stir gently. You have the foundation for great drinks.
