Zucchini noodles with peppers and bacon in garlic sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml cream
  • some olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • some xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • some Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Low-carb

Wash the zucchini and slice it lengthwise into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Wash the bell peppers and also slice them into thin strips. Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Fry the bell peppers, stirring, until soft. Add the zucchini noodles and cook for a while longer. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the vegetables from the pan. Add the bacon to the pan and fry until crispy. Remove and crumble it over the vegetables. Mix everything together. Add the garlic pieces to the pan and fry, then deglaze with the cream. Season the sauce with a little Xucker, pepper, and Fondor. Pour the sauce over the vegetables.
