Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 small onion(s), red, finely chopped
- 125 g cooked ham
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- 40 ml vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes
Clean the broccoli and remove the florets from the stems. Peel and finely chop the stems. Dice the ham. Sauté the onion and ham in the heated oil for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the broth and add the broccoli. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
