Vegetarian vegetable pan, simple & delicious

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 100 g leek
  • 50 g green beans (from a can)
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the broccoli in salted water for about 3 minutes and then drain in a colander. Once it has cooled slightly, tear it into small pieces. Wash the leek, halve it lengthwise, and cut it diagonally into small 1 cm pieces. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and heat. Slice the brown mushrooms, add them to the hot pan, and spread them out well. Wait until the mushrooms are browned on the underside before turning them for the first time – this will give them a rich fried flavor. Then turn the mushrooms over and let them brown lightly on the other side. Now add the leek, broccoli, and green beans and spread a teaspoon of vegetable stock evenly over them. Cook for about 7 minutes at medium heat, turning frequently. Gently warm the plate and serve. Enjoy!
