- 25 g wild garlic
- ½ lemon(s), zest
- 1 piece(s) ginger root approx. 1 cm in size
- 25 g walnuts
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- ¼ tsp salt

Fast and vegan
Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, dry it well, and roughly chop it. Peel the zest from half a lemon. Peel the ginger and roughly chop it. Roughly chop the walnuts. Place the wild garlic, lemon zest, ginger, and walnuts in a blender. Add the sunflower oil and salt and blend vigorously until a creamy pesto forms.
