Radicchio with avocado and black olives

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small radicchio
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • some olives, black
  • olive oil
  • 1 orange(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean, chop, wash, spin dry, and arrange the radicchio on serving plates. Halve, peel, and slice the avocados. Arrange the slices in a round shape on top of the radicchio. Peel the onion, slice it into very thin rings, and place them on the salad. Add a few black olives to each plate. For the salad dressing, whisk the olive oil with freshly squeezed orange juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad just before serving. Serve with baguette, if desired.
