Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms (brown), cut into thin slices
  • 1 bunch radishes, finely sliced
  • ½ head of lettuce
  • ½ head of oak leaf lettuce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dijon)
  • 2 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • 4 tbsp chives, in rolls
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, place the torn lettuce leaves into a salad bowl, then arrange the mushroom slices and radishes on top. Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a salad dressing and pour it over the salad.
