Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- ½ head of pointed cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely diced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can coconut milk
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Caraway seeds
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar bianco

In a large, deep pan, fry the minced meat until crumbly. Quickly add the finely chopped cabbage and sauté. Add the diced onion and garlic, tomato paste, curry powder, and caraway seeds and fry until well browned. Deglaze with the dash of balsamic vinegar. Now add the coconut milk, stir well, and cover and simmer gently for another 10 minutes. This goes very well with a cucumber and dill salad.
