Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 300 g broccoli, frozen
  • 150 ml Cremefine
  • 1 pt. Hollandaise sauce, approx. 250 ml
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Briefly thaw the broccoli in boiling water. Meanwhile, briefly fry the potato dumplings in a little butter with the garlic. Place the potato dumplings in a casserole dish. Drain the broccoli, chop it finely, and add it to the potato dumplings. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Pour the crème fraîche and hollandaise sauce over the potato dumplings and broccoli and mix everything again. Finally, spread the cheese on top and bake the casserole at 180°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
