Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large celeriac
  • 4 potatoes
  • Fat for the mold
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • little milk
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

quick and easy

Cook the celery root and potatoes separately in salted water. Peel, slice, and arrange them alternately in a greased dish. Whisk the eggs with the sour cream, adding a little milk. Pour the egg-cream-milk mixture over the celery and potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
