Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g spelt flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 150 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 70 ml carbonated mineral water
- n. B. herbs (e.g. chives, parsley)
- some oil
- ½ liter vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine spelt flour, baking powder, salt, and turmeric. Stir in oat milk and mineral water. Once everything is well blended, stir in the finely chopped herbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry pancakes one at a time until golden brown. Cut them into thin strips and serve in the hot vegetable broth.
