Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g chickpeas, ground
  • some water
  • some spice mix, Indian (Garam Masala)
  • some salt
  • some oil
  • possibly black cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

With salad a really delicious and healthy main course

Mix chickpea flour and water into a thick batter, adding spices to taste. The batter should have the consistency of a pancake. Fry in a little oil to make small, thick pancakes. It also tastes delicious if you sprinkle the pancakes with black cumin while the batter is still runny on one side. Enjoy with a colorful salad. It’s ready in a flash!
