Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large tomatoes
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 2 large plums, dark, fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- n. B. Crema di Balsamic vinegar
- e.g. salt and pepper
- little basil, fresh leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the tomatoes and plums. Pit the plums and slice them. Slice the mozzarella as well. Arrange them on a plate, alternating them in a fan pattern. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
