Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta, cooked, preferably from the day before
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper

quick dish, using leftovers
Fry the noodles in a pan with plenty of oil (I like garlic oil) and season with salt. Stir in about 1 teaspoon of curry powder. Then gradually crack the eggs into the noodles and mix. Add pepper, salt, and another teaspoon of curry powder and mix again. Serve hot. 450 kcal per serving.
