Pasta with blue cheese sauce, nuts and Parmesan – shrimp

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g king prawn tails, peeled, raw
  • 250 g cheese (blue cheese with nuts)
  • 200 g pasta (e.g. tagliatelle)
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 150 ml cream, sweet
  • n. B. Walnuts, coarsely ground
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some oil
  • nutmeg
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, peel and crush the garlic, and fry it in a little oil. Add the thawed shrimp and fry well. Season with salt, pepper, and chili. Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese and fry for a little longer. Meanwhile, heat the cream and cheese in a saucepan until the sauce is creamy. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and parsley. Arrange the drained pasta on a plate, pour the sauce over it, add a few Parmesan shrimp, and sprinkle everything with the walnuts.
