Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g spaghetti
- 300 g prawn(s), peeled
- 5 cloves garlic
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml cream
- n. B. Sauce thickener, light
- salt and pepper
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with lots of garlic
First, peel and dice the garlic. Meanwhile, boil the pasta water and bring it to a boil. Once the pasta is cooked, sauté the garlic in a little oil, then add the shrimp. Once the shrimp are cooked, add the white wine and cream and simmer for a few minutes. Thicken with a sauce thickener, if desired, and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and serve immediately with the shrimp and sauce.
