Pak Choi with strawberry dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 heads of pak choi
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth, instant
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tbsp Crema di Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

lukewarm starter

Remove the stem from the bok choy. Reserve the stem for something else. Finely chop the onion. Heat the water and broth and sauté the onion. Add the bok choy and let it wilt. Puree the strawberries with balsamic vinegar. Arrange the lukewarm bok choy on the plate and serve with the strawberry dressing.
