Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g mushrooms (oyster mushrooms)
- 30 g butter
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 ml cream
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
Instructions

delicious mushroom cream sauce, great with pasta or chicken breast fillet with rice
Slice the mushrooms and finely dice the onion. Melt the butter and sauté the onion, then the mushrooms. Season with lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Add a little water, stir in the cream, and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the cheese, let it melt, and serve immediately.
