Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g potatoes, cooked and peeled
- 5 tbsp oil
- 50 g bacon, diced or ham
- 50 g mountain cheese or other cheese
- some salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

hearty and spicy
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry them in a pan with oil until crispy. Add the bacon and fry. Reduce the heat considerably. Then season the fried potatoes to taste. Finally, sprinkle with the cheese and stir in briefly until it begins to melt. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the fried potatoes hot.
