Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large radish(s), white, peeled, grated
  • 2 large onions, grated
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 2 red chili peppers, sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, young, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 3 cm horseradish, fresh, grated
  • 3 cm ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Sharp

Grate the radish and onion and season lightly with salt, then let stand for half an hour. Squeeze out the excess water. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour. If desired, you can add a cucumber. Goes well with BBQ.
