Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 6 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- Salt
- pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Tunisian chickpea salad
Finely dice the onion, mince the garlic cloves, and place them in a bowl. Then add the vinegar, oil, and chopped parsley and mix well. Finally, add the chickpeas (season with salt and pepper to taste) and let them simmer. Perfect as a side dish to meat or grilled food, or if you just fancy a garlic salad, but only for two people!
