Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cup(s) brown rice in
- Add 2 cups of boiling water and cook for about 35 minutes
- 1 kg pepper(s), mixed diced +
- 500 g diced tomatoes +
- 2 chili peppers, dry
- 50 g sunflower seeds +
- 2 tsp mustard seeds, yellow +
- 1 tsp turmeric, roasted and ground together
- 1 tsp salt (seasoning salt)
- Sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
gluten-free / egg-free
Crush chili peppers, cover with water, and cook until al dente or soft. Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil, and serve with a tablespoon of sour cream.
