Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) brown rice in
  • Add 2 cups of boiling water and cook for about 35 minutes
  • 1 kg pepper(s), mixed diced +
  • 500 g diced tomatoes +
  • 2 chili peppers, dry
  • 50 g sunflower seeds +
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds, yellow +
  • 1 tsp turmeric, roasted and ground together
  • 1 tsp salt (seasoning salt)
  • Sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

gluten-free / egg-free

Crush chili peppers, cover with water, and cook until al dente or soft. Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil, and serve with a tablespoon of sour cream.
