Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, lentils
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, finely diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, finely diced
  • ½ small zucchini, cut into strips and sliced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, grated or very finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp sauce, teriyaki
  • 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
  • e.g. chili pepper(s), (without seeds) finely chopped
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pepper, black
  • n. B. Lemon peel, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain noodles and drizzle with sesame oil, toss, and let cool. Clean and prepare vegetables. Add all ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
