Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 300 g strawberries
- 2 m.-sized banana(s)
- 2 tbsp honey, alternatively a few drops of liquid sweetener
- 100 g muesli or oat flakes
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for fitness-conscious people and connoisseurs
Puree everything in a blender or pour into a sufficiently tall container and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Serve cold.
