Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 2 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp honey, alternatively a few drops of liquid sweetener
  • 100 g muesli or oat flakes
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for fitness-conscious people and connoisseurs

Puree everything in a blender or pour into a sufficiently tall container and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Serve cold.
