Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 175 g mixed berries, frozen
  • 80 g sugar or agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 g yogurt, 3.5% fat content
  • 100 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 53 minutes

for the ice cream machine

Place everything in a high-speed blender for about 90 seconds until the berries are thoroughly pureed. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker. After 40-45 minutes, the ice cream is ready. If you want to keep some for storage, freeze the ice cream. But please don’t freeze it for more than two days, as the flavor will be lost. You can also use low-fat yogurt, but the ice cream won’t be as creamy.
