Strawberry ice cream

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g berries, frozen
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 250 ml cream, well chilled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

No need for an ice cream maker or freezing. Also suitable for all other types of frozen berries.

Place the frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, or a mixed berry, depending on your preference) into the Tupperware Quick-Chef with the cutting attachment and gently puree. It may not be easy at first, but it’s worth the effort. Once the berries are sufficiently pureed, stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately without freezing. Tip: I put the sweet cream back in the freezer for about half an hour before preparing it, so it doesn’t freeze, but gets really cold.
