Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 ½ handfuls of ice cubes
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 half lemon(s)
- 1 raspberries
Instructions

Place the ice cubes in a blender or mixer. Cut a slice of lemon, quarter it, and add it. Wash one or two mint leaves, remove the stems, and add them to the blender. Add one or two raspberries, if desired. Blend on low speed until the ice cubes resemble crushed ice and the lemon and mint are dispersed in smaller pieces. Pour into a suitable glass. Add half a lemon and one or two mint leaves to the glass and serve with a straw.
