Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 4 liters of bitter lemon
- 1 liter of tonic water
- 1 liter ginger ale
- 2 kg berries, frozen, mixed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pour the drinks into a large bowl, or better yet, a punch bowl. Add the still-frozen berries (a little at a time, as the carbonation will cause them to foam slightly). After about 15-30 minutes (depending on room temperature), the berries will be thawed and the punch is ready to serve.
