Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g creamed spinach
  • 200 g goat Gouda, grated
  • 150 g goat’s cheese
  • 3 eggs, size M
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the spinach with the eggs and Gouda cheese. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Mix the cream cheese with the chili flakes and Sriracha sauce. Spread the mixture over the spinach. Roll up and wrap in foil. Let it chill in the refrigerator. Cut the roll into pieces before serving.
