Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp yogurt salad cream
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • anchovies
  • caviar
  • Salmon ham
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes, rinse, and peel. Halve them and scoop out the yolks. Mix the egg yolks with the salad dressing, mustard, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Fill a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle and pipe the mixture into the egg halves. Garnish each egg with anchovy fillets, caviar, ham strips, or dill.
