Mix together the flour, yogurt, and baking powder, adding 1-2 tablespoons of water depending on the moisture content. Knead the dough until soft. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, about 1 cm thick. To do this, moisten a spatula with water. Spread the goat’s cheese on the dough. Season with pepper. Then quarter the figs and spread them on the dough. Cut the goat’s Camembert into about 1 cm thick slices and also arrange them between the figs. Preheat the oven to 200°C and place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for about 30-40 minutes on the middle rack. Serve warm, drizzle with honey beforehand.
