Natural muesli with quinoa and chia seeds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g quinoa
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • 50 g muesli (fruit muesli, preferably with wholegrain oat flakes)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • 1 handful of peanuts
  • 1 shot of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, wash the quinoa and then simmer it in 100 ml of water for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, soak the fruit muesli in lukewarm water. Wash, peel, and chop the apple and banana, and add them to the muesli with a little milk. Stir the soaked quinoa into the muesli. Add the almonds, peanuts, and chia seeds. Tip: Drizzle a few drops of runny honey over the muesli. You have a simple, delicious, and, above all, healthy muesli.
