Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 500 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 1 jar apple puree or apple sauce without sugar, approx. 360 g
- 360 ml yogurt (drinking yogurt), probiotic
- 100 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 20 g almonds
- 20 g walnuts
- 20 g sesame seeds
- 20 g flaxseed
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the quark, yogurt, apple puree, and drinking yogurt. Add the oatmeal and grind the almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds. I use my coffee grinder. Mix everything together well. I divide everything into four sealable bowls and place them in the refrigerator. Serve with fresh fruit or simply with honey for a fantastic breakfast.
