- 1 zucchini
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- some stalks of parsley, basil, chives
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions

Wash the zucchini and cut into small pieces. Also cut the onion and avocado into small pieces. Crush the garlic cloves and mix everything together. Stir in the cream cheese and add the chopped herbs to taste. Delicious as a healthy spread on bread or for grilling.
