Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 220 g pulses (peas, chickpeas, beans, lentils…)
- 100 ml liquid (tahini, olive oil, water, broth, aqua faba, sesame oil…)
- 1 piece(s) of vegetables (optional, for example: beetroot, carrot, pepper…)
- 1 tbsp spice(s) (salt, cumin, curry, paprika…)
- ½ lime(s) or lemon, juice
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp topping (chimichurri oil, sesame, chili flakes, herbs…)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Vegan, simple, versatile
Select the pulses as a base and cook them. Select and add the liquids. Blend in a blender with some vegetables (optional), spices, the juice of half a lemon or lime, and ice cubes until smooth. Add a little Aqua Faber or water if desired. Select the topping and serve.
