Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g wholemeal flour
  • 25 g mozzarella, light, grated
  • 5 g baking powder
  • n. B. Pizza seasoning
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 50 g chicken
  • 2 spring onions
  • ½ bell pepper(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). 2. Dice the bell peppers and chicken, and finely slice the spring onions. 3. Mix the eggs with the low-fat quark, flour, mozzarella, baking powder, and spices to form a batter. Then stir in the finely diced bell peppers, chicken, and spring onions. 4. Pour the batter into donut molds, sprinkle with mozzarella if desired, and bake for 30 minutes at 160°C (320°F). Makes 9 donuts. Nutritional information per serving (1 donut): 87 calories | 8 g carbohydrates | 7 g protein | 2 g fat
