Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 2 tsp mineral water
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 120 g brown rice
  • 50g mozzarella
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Briefly fry in a hot, nonstick pan with mineral water and soy sauce. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with basil and mozzarella cubes. Drizzle the rice with olive oil and lemon juice. Tastes delicious and is ideal for anyone watching their cholesterol.
