Ingredients for 2 servings:

- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 small tomatoes
- 2 tsp mineral water
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 120 g brown rice
- 50g mozzarella
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Briefly fry in a hot, nonstick pan with mineral water and soy sauce. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with basil and mozzarella cubes. Drizzle the rice with olive oil and lemon juice.
