Banana sour cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large bananas, very ripe
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp, heaped Nutella or another hazelnut spread
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with Nutella and cream

Whip the cream until stiff. Blend the very ripe bananas with a hand mixer; there should still be chunks. Add the lemon juice. Add the sour cream and Nutella and mix well. Now fold in the cream. Pour the cream into glasses and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Tip: If the bananas aren’t sweet enough, you can add a little sugar or sweetener. For a more chocolatey flavor, simply add a little more Nutella.
