Mustard-honey-dill dressing

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp honey
  • some dill, fresh, finely chopped or 1 tsp, dried
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • some mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Our own creation. Goes especially well with leaf salad and tomatoes.

Combine honey and mustard in a jar or bowl. Add dill, herb salt, and pepper; stir to combine. Add lemon juice and balsamic vinegar; stir to combine. Add the oil; stir to combine. Add mineral water to taste. Personally, I find it a bit too strong without mineral water, so just add to taste (I use about the same amount as oil). This recipe is also great for making ahead; it keeps very well.
