Lamb's lettuce with dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Saxon cuisine

Sort, trim, wash, and spin dry the lamb’s lettuce. Then place it in a bowl. Mix the sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar into a salad dressing and pour it over the salad. Fold in well. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of parsley over the salad and serve. Serve with fresh baguette or buttered rye bread.
