- 100 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 200 g sea salt, coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
gives poultry, salads, desserts, or pastries an aromatic kick
Strain the raspberries (thawed frozen ones first). Mix with the salt and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Dry at 80°C for 1-2 hours, fluffing occasionally with a fork.
