Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 50 g low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 80 g wholemeal flour
  • 30 g protein powder, vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp milk, optional water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

They’re always delicious, and you can combine and serve them in any way you like. Makes 8 servings.

Whisk the egg whites and curd cheese. Then knead in the dry ingredients and add milk or water to make the batter more fluid. Fry the pancakes in a pan without fat and serve them however you like. Makes 8 servings. 55 kcal per serving.
