Oatmeal and quinoa muesli bars

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g puffed quinoa
  • 90 g oat flakes
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 60 g nuts or almonds, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Makes about 10 bars; vegan, high carb, low fat

Mash the bananas with a fork or puree them in a blender. Mix all ingredients together with a spoon. Shape the dough into a rectangle and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Once cooled, cut into sticks or bars. Depending on the size, this will yield approximately 10 sticks. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, preferably in a sealed container.
