Stuffed peppers with grainy cream cheese and ham cubes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 35 g diced ham, light
  • 1 half onion(s), red
  • 200 g konjac noodles or rice
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the peppers, halve them, and remove the seeds. Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Chop half an onion and add it. Add the ham cubes. Season with pepper, salt, and paprika, if desired, and mix well. Fill the pepper halves and place them in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C fan-assisted or 200°C top/bottom heat for at least 20 minutes on the middle rack. Serve with konjac noodles or rice, if desired. Approx. 357 kcal per serving.
