Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 vegan bread roll, e.g. sesame roll
- 80 g tofu (curry mango tofu)
- 10 g wheat flour
- 10 g chickpea flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp curry powder
- n. E.g. chili sauce, sweet or curry ketchup or mayonnaise
- e.g. salad
- n. B. cucumber slice(s)
- e.g. tomato(s) (slices)
- n. B. Processed cheese slice(s), vegan
- e.g. Mango(s), sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with carrot and onion vegetables
For the patty, mash the curry mango tofu with a fork, press the garlic, and finely dice the mango. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead until you have a homogeneous, cohesive mixture. Add a little water or wheat flour if necessary, depending on the consistency. Then form the patty from the mixture. For the carrot and onion mixture, wash and trim the vegetables, cut the onion into strips, and the carrots into slices. Heat the peanut oil in a pan and fry the vegetables until tender. Finally, season with spices to taste. At the same time, fry the patty in peanut oil on each side for 10 minutes over medium heat until crispy. Cut open the sesame bun and top with the other ingredients and the tofu patty according to your taste.
