Porridge with oat milk without sugar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 500 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 40 g almonds, chopped
  • Cinnamon
  • Fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

vegan, quick and super tasty

Bring the oat milk and oat flakes to a boil and simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. If there’s not enough liquid, add a little more. Just before serving, stir in the almonds and cinnamon. Serve with fruit salad or a chopped apple.
